I am a consumer for airtel services since 2006, associated with almost all their offers and enjoyed many perks as they received.
I am their broadband services since inception and no doubt, whenever they made me unhappy I switch to alternative offers. This is 3rd time I switch back to airtel broadband in last 5 yrs, where my rate them above average compare to other ISPs !
