I got a connection last year january 2011(1299@2mbps). I got an offer where in if I pay for advance 5 months then 1 month will be free. I opted for that and it was fine. Once those 6 months got completed, then I got a similar offer and I paid the amount. But once I paid the amount, my plan got degraded to unlimited@899 and every month I got the notification that your bill is due. Its been 5 months that none of my complaints/requests have been answered to.
After 5 months, AIRTEL have disconnected the services. Only way it could be resolved is now through consumer forum but I am positive if writing in this forum can help me in this regard. I am really frustrated with for calling customtakeouter support for 5 months and last 1 month without internet meant delay in some of my professional activities as well.
