Poor customer support and ethics of the company

One of the most cheating company ever. Their infrastructure is good so you would not face any problem in the speed etc.,  but as and when you start using it, after 3 months, your usage charges increase or the bill would show more downloaded bytes and you really have to prove ( I am not sure how). and IF you are shifting your residence by any chance, then you have had it .They do not shift the instrument and connection to your new place unless you complete the procedure of providing photographs etc, again and which takes them another 7-10 days.


And by any chance you have asked them to take back their services, they charge you disconnection charges and if you do not pay up. They send you legal notices through a advocate.!!
