I have never ever written a review about a product in my life, but this Airtel 3G data card forced me to do it.I have taken the connection last week by paying 800 for the data card with a monthly plan of 750 r.s for 5gb. Connection got activated within 4 hrs.I came back home at n8 around 12 and for the first time I have started using and to my shock the speed was around 20 kbps.I immediately called up the customer care and they said to change few setting and restart the system and data card again.But when I again started using the speed got into 22 kbps.
This was ridiculous and I explained the same to airtel customer care guys and they have taken down the complaint and he also explained me that there was some problem going on across the india due to some server problem and the back end team would get back to me in 4 days.I asked him whether I should use the data card with the same speed and he said please bare with them for few days.
Should I return the data card or should I wait for few more days ??
