I bought Airtel 3G in September 2013 in Rajasthan. I was told it will give speed up to 7.2 mbps and there is Airtel support all over India.
The device is made by Huawei. From the time I bought this data card, I had never received speed above 2 mbps, plus the data packs were too costly for both plans- prepaid and postpaid.
The data card stopped working in Jan 2014. by that time I was in Pune I visited Airtel store and they told me visit the same store where you purchased from. I showed him the bill and told him please check and address my issue but they were totally not cooperative.
Now I still use it as paper weight.
I was mistaken and manipulated to buy this data card and so I have changed my mobile from airtel to vodafone, and changed my DTH connection too.
Request you to not to buy Data card.
