I used to be a customer of airtel for long but due to constant rise in its prices , I decided to switch to idea as it had relatively lower prices . Airtel provides good network and speeds but is on backfoot due to their high prices . Even after launching of jio services , they didn’t lower the prices enough . Reduction in prices is only option for survival in this cut throat 4G race .
