Recently I travelled my native place with airtel 3G.But I hardly got 3G .I always got only 2G.They say they have a wide coverage all the claim of their is false many times during my browsing the connection used to get interruped.The average speed which I got was around 10 Kbps and with this speed you cannot expect anything.Its a complete waste of money and time.Even after complaining many a times to the customer service centre the issue of internet speed was not addressed.they use to give me a time frame if 3 days forr the redressal of problem but it was never address.The customer service was poor this is nt what you expect from the leading service provider in India.They are self proclaimed No 1 but actually they dont even provide average service.The service is below poor even a government unit will provide a better service compared to them.I chose them because of their claim to be no 1 but I as wrong and I still repent on my decision.After experience so called AWESOME service by them Please dont fell into this trap better go for some reliable source.
