Abusive language by executive

I am an existing costumer of Airtel, and I have had a very very bad experience of your customer suppore executive.I purchased an Airtel data card unlimited.

  1. Person who gave me datacard Rajkumar gave me wrong datacard no.

  2. My datacard was activated after 4 days, after making so many calls to so many people.

  3. In verification I submitted my documents Voter ID card and PAN number but the person who took my documents missed them and gave a negative feedback for my location or address.

  4. My datacard connection was disconnected after 14 days without any information.I should be informed if they want to take any action due to any documentation so that I could give the documents again.

  5. I went to your office at Ajmal Khan road, and your executive Mr. SidhantI told him about my problem and he did not respond to me in a proper way, and he was continuously talking on phone and I was waiting for his proper response for 15 mins, after 15 min he told me that the connection if permanently discontinued and I asked why it is and what is the solution now, he told me to give him the documents again and I had the documents photocopy with me, then again he was busy on phone for longer time, I again requested him to attended me if I am sitting in front of him and some other person can talk on phone, then he said that the phone is of my boss and he is giving me salary so I have to listen to him only, on this statement I said that means customer is nothing for you because you are getting salary from boss, then he shouted and said ok you do whatever you want to, you can escalate it to anywhere.

I said that I only want my problem should be solved, then he said (aa jate hain bhosrike) on this abusive language I told him you are not suppose to talk like this to a customer, then he said "customer koi bhagwan nahin hota". Then he stood up from his seat and was came to the other side of table and he was literally like to hit me. I said I will make a conplaint, then he said "kar le jo bhi karna hai, main bhi yahin rehta hoon" aur complaint koi nahin sunega... mere sare colegues bhi wo hi bolenge jo main chahunga. Now you should decide if you want to continue with this service and your customers will have this beautiful language from your executives.

Honestly I did not expect this kind of attitude or service from Airtel. But I want a proper reply from you on this matter.

Thanks
