Poor costomer care

I am Pradeep  and recently I shifted my flat , precisely on 10th June and I was very happy until I requested for the relocation of my airtel dth on 11th June, the next day.


Cheerfully the platinum executive told me that it will be done within hours and I’ll get a call from the technical team soon. I also received ref no 31087091. I got a call and after I confirmed my pin code to him he told that that is not his working area and the problem shall be dealt by somebody else.


Since then I have made a no. ff calls to the costumer care and I do remember the names of two of the executives, Niharika and Faisal , who gave me a new ref no. today i.e. 31029863.


Trusting airtel , such a big name I took a leave and another and I am forced to bunk tomorrow as well to get my connection connected.Actually I am tired of airtel and feel it would be better option to switch to


some other dth..


I’ll rate airtel unsatisfactory and the customer care pathetic.
