Dear user don’t go to choosing of airtel digital TV as a DTH connection.
I used this connection since 1 years but now I changed it.
My ID:3004969974, when I bought from nearly Airtel Digital TV shop, I paid around 2200 rupees for first connection after paid any engineer did not came to assemble the connection.After a long days one engineer came and assembled that then they ask for extra 500 money for food though it was totally free of cost after that I paid that money without any asking.after some month an awkward I Seen there was an "Error" called "No signal", After some days came an engineer and try to fix that problem but engineer unfortunately not done somehow they said that was set of box problem then he took and go for repairing but he not came till 20 days after that I dialed and called him then he came with another set of box.That was my worst experience.
2017, December I faced another problem that was airtel automatically changed the pre assembled package which cost so high as compare to before package then I contact Customer care then they firstly harass me before listened my problem by "tell me your name, address, pin, contact number, dial the number if you first came to airtel digital digital tv etc " after 15 minute someone took the phone and I told the problem to him and he said, previous package not currently unavailable.
The most another problem is Airtel Digital TV does not provide any kind of offer just they say take 6 month pack & get 15 days extra, take 1 year pack & get 1 month extra just it.
My great opinion: Please don’t buy Airtel Digital TV, please choose another DTH, I hope that will be your best .
