Poor customer service

I have recharged the connection after the connection got suspended. But channels were not activated even after 2 hours.


I kept on calling service center , but they couldn’t help.I called 4-5 times but no rep could rectify it..


They kept on saying wait for 20 mins, 30 mins, 2 hours, 4 hours. As soon as we make a complaint they disconnect the call.


Worst customer service.....
