I have done a recharge of Rs. 225 from Paytm which shows 1 month Airtel Digital TV package. But unfortunately the services are barred in 15 days itself.
When I talked to customer care they say your package is of Rs. 399 and you have to compulsorily get recharge of Rs. 399 every month. But if I am getting lower package with less number of channels why should the customer can not opt for that recharge.
Customer care executive also said you have to call in customer care everytime if you want to change the recharge amount and plan. Isn’t hectic and laborious and disgusting service by airtel digital TV.
It is my opinion don’t go for airtel digital TV services ever. TATA sky and videocon are much better.
