Don’t buy Airtel digital tv online. Now Airtel has the worst customer care department, none of the executive will take responsibiliy if there any problem.
If you register online to buy any airtel product they will revert within an hour, but once they get payment nobody will react even we call 100 times !On 14th June I had ordered for a new digital tv connection based on their promise "will deliver the instrument within 48 - 72 hrs", but after one week I didn’t get the same. There is no option to know the status of order.
When call customer care they will hold the call for some time and disconnect / tell they will call back after speaking to higher officer. But no action ! so be careful while dealing with them especially making payment online.
