I had selected 58 Ala-Carte Channels earlier.Paid requisite amount.Watched the pattern of viewing in the home.Selected 32 channels ultimately.One Mr.Krishan Rana of Airtel replied and advised to pay Rs 567/- for 32 channels.However, to my great dismay, the Airtel Staff refuses to update my Ala-Carte channels accordingly.
Innumerable phone calls and mails to them have had no effect.This Mr.Rana is a very horrible person who has never bothered to update my case.The Airtel Ala-Carte channels is a way Airtel fleeces us.They never give a reply.If we want to drop channels, they do not allow us do do so and keep on charging us for channels not wanted by us.Now, i understand how Mr.Sunil Bharti Mittal makes his money from business! He has trained his people to fleece us customers and collect money from customers for services they may not want.My advise to all who want Airtel Digital World, look for another provider, these people are UNETHICAL.
Their staff is rude and incompetent.You will cry and get irritated like me.Just avoid this provider.Do not opt for any of their services.they give extremely poor services.they will fleece you of your hard-earned money like they are doing in my case.I am stuck because of my obligation to my mother to provide her tv services.i want to come out af the ala-carte mess into which airtel has pushed me.want to reduce the number of channels opted for, but airtel refuses to listen.it is still forcing the 58 channels down my throat.i no longer want 58 channels, but only 30 -32 channels.airtel refuses to delete channels not wanted by me.height of greed of the business people trained to manage the airtel show.purposely, they are not listening.their mr.krishan rana has been bad to me.He has spoken badly to me on the phone.that is the training given by airtel to its employees.it seems they train them to abuse customers!take care, all of you there.Beware of airtel products.
