Can’t believe this is same the customer service for Airtel.I have a mobile & broadband, landline connection from airtel.Never had any major issues to resolve & 1-2 issues were resolved in 48 hrs.
But I had faced 3 issues in the last 3 years, each one of them took something from 4-12 days to resolve.
As far quality of set top box, picture clarity, movies on demand is quite good.2 months free when you pay for the 12 months, etc.
