I have used airtel DTH for 10 months. The worst customer care that I have seen. Now I am using Tatasky and D2H( in home town). Both are very superb. Picture Quality both are same, even the airtel also is the same. but the very most important part is the customer care. Tatasky and D2h can do changing the packages in mins, but Airtel takes atleast 2 working days. When ever we calls to the customer care of Airtel DTH, it is just a joke like there HD channels, no body answers the call, only the automated system will be there.
The airtel servicing is also very bad. My personal opinion please dont buy airtel DTH, go for Tatasky or Videocon D2h. Tatasky is good in customer care and quality, but lacks in Malayalam channels and expensive
Videocon D2H is good in customer care, quality, and cheaper, while comparing with others.
