I am a airtel digital tv customer and I have been using it since 4 years, its working good, till now minor complaints were there but sometimes disconnected due to bad weather which happens with any other tv service providers. I have a hd recordable set top box where I can record and play at my convenient time this is the feature which I like the most helpful, however the charges are little better compared to other service providers.
