I took South Mega pack of airtel for 3 months.
Most of the time it will show error B001. Even if you call centre and raise a complaint it will not be attended. Everyday half the time it will show this only and no one has done anything to resolve the complaints.
I was promised that the days I lost will be credited to my account; but that turned out to be a false promise.
I was bombarded with sms and IVR calls when I reached the expiry of the 3 months term. To avoid further wiring and and other I thought of going ahead with the connection.
contacted their call centre for help on the schemes available for 3 days but I was neither given any clear information nor the promised call backs were given. Finally I made a payment of rs.1824 as mentioned in website. But to my surprise they collected the money and manipulated it to something else and my validity period is not changed at all. I am still hounded by their messages and IVR calls.Every time I called their call centre, used to get a standard reply everything will be fine in 45 minutes, they will put you on long hold and then disconnect. All of them including their senior executives(vivek) will give false promises.
Now I have asked for refund of the money so that I can take another dth connection.
