Iam using the Airtel digital Tv connection for last few months and Recharged for one year with recording facility.Recently the picture quality goes bad and TV becomes blank ,
Weget a message saying dquote this is due to bad weather or improper connection dquote,
When the wether becomes normal and still problem persists.i made a complante to customer service on 15th October.
They sent a mechanic called Rajesh on 17th October, he is not a good one , he checked and told me that the problem in LNB and next day he came and changed the LNB and I paid 800rs .but still the problem not sloved , he told the problem is with the connector and replaced the connector.The problem remains , then he told the problem in set up box and it is in warrenty so he replaced with a new,
Then he told me that you dont contact the customer care number I will slove ur problem .
After 15 days I contacted him again he is not picking the phone ,
Then I again contacted customer care and they give a new complante number, But no one came to check, After some day I got a message to my register mobile number that u are unreachable so we closed ur complante.
For the last 2 weeks my airtel Tv is dead.
Then I purchesed a new TATA SKY connection of( id: -1212784869) it is working perfectly .
For my experience , I sencerely tell you all dont go for AIRTEL TV for the following reasons.
1) The service is very bad.
2) Technicians not answer ur call properly.
3) Reacharge planes are very costly
If you have already Airtel Tv please dont recharge for long period like one year or six months , Reachare only for one month so that u can shitf to another service provided
I Strongly Recomand please go through the TATA SKY.
