I got AIRTEL DTH HD connection during May 2019, Immediately after 2-3 months remote was not working and they changed the remote as well, still problem continues. Later they suggested me to go for INTERNET TV Box by paying another INR 2000+. I paid and got it installed. Now this INTERNET TV box most of the time it hangs and some time it won’t work. We have to keep powering OFF and ON INTERNET TV SET BOX. Still they are unable to fix the issue. Looks like they selling cheap and bad quality set box and remote to customers. Service looks pathetic.
