Do not ever buy an Airtel DTH connection. Airtel is an absolute fraud. Their employees are cheat. Go for Tata Sky.
I had registered for an Airtel DTH connection on 12th Nov, and made an online payment of Rs. 1290/-. I was informed about a turn around of 24-48 hours for installation. However, even after 4 days, I do not have any communication from Airtel about the connection installation.
My attempts to reach customer care at 12150 or 180010280** have failed as I am getting a ’the network you are trying to reach is currently busy’ message.
