Hiiiiiiiiiiiii I am also using airtel digital tv connection but there so many problems with my airtel digital tv connection and they are incresing our pack in 3-4 months. this is the main problem. Worst service I am facing, .they say call back is arranged and I didn’t get any call back.The clarity of Airtel digital TV is good but I think that it is very much expensive. It has a monthly plan if 650 and didn’t offers all the channels still.Airtel has been a huge name in the telecom market for few years. They are known to provide good services and they advertise their network too much. The customer care line is always busy. You have to wait for hours to reach out to customer care representative.
