DONT LOOSE YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND GAIN STRESS

HAVING USED BOTH TATA SKY AND AIRTEL DTH, I STRONGLY ADVISE TO NEVER GO FOR ANY DTH SERVICE. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO GO FOR DTH, NEVER EVER GO FOR AIRTEL .


AIRTEL IS WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ALL THAT THEY OFFER IS THROUGH IVR WHERE YOU DON’T GET SPECIFIC ISSUES RESOLVED.


IF YOU WRITE EMAIL ALSO, THEY HAVE ATROCITY TO TELL YOU THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVED WITH IN 5 DAYS. THEY DON’T MIND PUNISHING YOU OF NOT WATCHING TV FOR MANY DAYS.


EVEN IF YOU REPLY PLEADING FOR RESPONSE, NO ONE CARES. THEY MAY CALL YOU ONLY ONCE BUT RESPOND TO YO UTHAT THEY COULD NOT REACH YOU AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. I THINK ITS BEST TO BE WITH OUT TV INSTEAD OF LOOSING YOUR HEALTH DUE TO IMMENSE STRESS THROUGH CALLING THE IRRITATING AUTOMATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT. AIRTEL THANKS APP DO NOT HAVE SOLUTION AT ALL. THEY HAVE LIMITED PROBLEMS AND IF YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT LISTED., YOU ARE BLOCKED AND NO WAY YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. I AM SITTING WITHOUT TV FOR LAST 3 DAYS AS ONE OF STUPID CUSTOMER SUPPORT GUY CHANGED MY LAST DIGIT OF MOBILE NUMBER CONNECTED TO MY ACCOUNT AND I AM NOT ABLE TO RECHARGE OR ACTIVATE. ALL MY MAILS TO NODAL OFFICERS ARE IN VAIN ON THIS AND NOBODY REALLY CARES FOR YOU. THEY CALL MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN THEY HAVE TO SELL NEW CONNNECTION AS THEY CAN GET MONEY FROM YOU. BUT NOT DURING TOUGH TIMES WHEN YOU REALLY NEED THEM TO SPEAK.
