I purchased Airtel TV because of its quality and clear image. Company promised 1 yr warranty but when complained about blurred picture quality(after 15 days of bad quality reception) after 7 months of purchase, Customer care executive said that our warranty is only limited to 6 months and you have to pay if you want our technician to visit your home. Being an MBA I cant understand how can a company play with its brand image in such a competitive market.Company needs to amend its policies and need to understand that the first rule to penetrate into a market is to have satisfied initial customers for mouth publicity rather than only attracting new customer through competitive pricing or offers etc.
