Ive got literally all services from airtel: Broadband, Mobile, Hotspot and Digital TV
The Digital TV at the time of installation was good. There is no after sales service though.
I called up and lodged a request that there is no signal - they promised to send an executive but did not happen.

They simply register the service request but now its like a leech.
Im told that somebody would come after three days from now! will give my feedback on it here about that as well. I had taken under HD channel offer with monthly subscription of 500 rupees. When they said you can pay for annual 5000 rupees - I did that as well. then do you know what happens- the HD channels stopped coming. SO I HAD TO CONTINUE PAYING THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AS WELL!
My suggestion to anyone taking Airtel DIgital TV is that do not go for any offers - see the plan and take. You can easily add additional channels through a service request from your registered mobile number. You can make payment online with ease but it does not reflect instantly. Quality of the picture is great as long as it comes.
Its one and half years now with airtel but there is no airtel promise in its service. Im struggling to get rid of it! would have been happy to continue if someone had come to address the service request but there is absolutely no response - LOOKS LIKE THE COMPANY HAS GROWN BIG SO ITS MOTTO IS NOW ADD AS MANY CUSTOMERS AS YOU CAN, DOESNT MATTER IF THEY DISCONTINUE LATER
