Airtel DISH TV - DO NO BUY IT. I bought a one year package for Rs. 3300 but now they are refusing to activate it saying the price has increased by Rs. 1000 (AFTER they have installed the dish TV and I bought the package). It’s been 3 weeks and 4 complaints on Customer Care, but my TV is not active yet.
They insist I pay the extra amount they increased AFTER my purchase date to activate the TV. Can I go to consumer court?
