Paid 1499 for 1 Year subscription of XStream Premium by scanning their barcode. When subscription did not get activated, contacted support. They just told me to get lost and told me they did not receive any payment. Provided Airtel with proof of payment in form of bank statement which clearly shows payment transferred to XStream Premium by UPI. But of no use. Some poorly trained support person will just keep repeating the statement that they did not get any money.
This is complete fraud. They take money and then tell the user to get lost. Must be stealing hundreds of crores like this.
