Airtel placed advertisement in their website for on-line selling of digital TV (DTH) in which it is offered one month’s free subscription and Rs.250/- cash back apart from free installation. I have purchased a connection from Airtel website on-line on 4th January, 2013 through credit card (Transaction ID 22569266) for Rs1790/-. On 5th January it was installed at my residence and started working. There is no complaint of picture quality and number of channels.
The package has started free as offered. But when I checked my account on-line, I found that the Rs.250/- cash back was not credited to my account. After that several times I have contacted Airtel customer service over phone and e-mail, but they have not rectified the problem. Even I have written to Mr. Shahi Arora, CEO without any response.
Airtel has given credit of cash back amount after I write this review. The problem is now sorted out and there is no issue.
