I have been using airtel digitalTV for a long time and I really made a big mistake choosing it. First of all its too slow, changing channels really slow. Customer call center is so pathetic. They give chinese made remote control. In one year I have to buy it from them 2 times. Real irony is for every visit they take 100 rupees. So even if they come to give u a new remote, they will change that 100 rupees. In total they charged 250 rupees in which 150 for remote. Moreover you have to return old remote and they say they never try to fix the old remote as they can’t do it. First of all remote should not stop working every 6 months. Even a cheapest TV remote works for years. I never liked Reliance but my friends are telling reliance services are still better.
