I recently opted for Airtel-DTH connection, biggest mistake of my life. Product is so so, not appealing enough. Their Customer care sucks big time. Their promises are not deliver in time. It’s more than 48 hours since I lodged a complaint but there is not resolution yet and on top of that, the idiots sitting there in customer care are not bothered to talk. They just hang phone stating that they are transferring the call to the concerned department.
I request to all of the new aspirants of DTH, please don’t go with Airtel DTH service.
