While in the call with airtel customer care regarding airtel digital TV network issue accidentally one sport pack activated, I asked the customer care executive I did not require this sports pack remove it. The Customer care person answer is it will removed after one month, amount deducted for whole month. I asked CC person to remove the pack and refund money. She said they will refund me but after no response from airtel digit tv.
Worst airtel digital TV network signal and worst airtel customer care. They need only money, they don’t require any customer satisfaction.
