I made the mistake of switching my DTH service from Tata to Airtel and have been ruing till date. I got it installed after so many follow ups Now, the clarity is nowhere to be seen - which might be the case of wrong installation. They even charged me for HD, when there is no difference between normal and HD. Airtel is really fooling people. This is starkly different from the quality and service level of TataSky.
Customer service, approach-ability of call centre, knowledge of call centre executives, timelines of activating, quality of reception, non-user friendly menus, in the face airtel logo on each screen - all these will kill Airtel DTH service one day.
