I bought airtel dth 4 months back, and it was a big mistake to buy Airtel dth, Every evening it goes down due to poor signal strength.
I called customer care and got response from executive that every customer is facing same issue due to some technical error so they cant help. I asked when I expect to get it fixed they have no idea when it will be fixed. They are running business like the glossary shop.
Pathetic Service I must say. Initially there was sound issue with setup box and guess what I had to pay huge amount for eng visit to fix the issue. it was like getting reward buying Airtel DTH.
