I had used Airtel dish service for my BLR residence and during the initial 7 months there wasnt any issue with the brand, then one fine day for no reason I found most of channels not working, when I called up their Call center, they took my complaint and said an engineer will visit the very next day, next day came and nobody reverted from their technical team, finally on Day 4 an engineer comes, checks all the set up box and cables and finally says, Airtel has changed the dish antenna direction and you will have to shift the dish direction to opposite side of your apartment.
I wouldnt recommend Airtel Dish brand to anybody out here as service sucks, right from the time a customer buys their product to the way they manage it .
