Very Bad Service

I recharged my Airtel TV account with Rs.1445/- on 17th Aug. This was the 6 Months charge and I was supposed to get 15 Days free. already I had. Rs.391 in my account.


After recharged, I checked the account it was showing Rs.1, 836/- which was correct. the problem was that of expiry date.


Considering Rs 391 /-, the expiry date should be some where in the end of March 2016. It was showing 11th March 2016. When enquired, first time, they disconnected the call because they were not able to answer properly. second time, they tried to cover up by saying the additional channel amount is adjusted. But, When I calculated, the only additional channel was Disney Junior which is Rs.24 per month.


Basically, Rs.391 went to the profit bucket of Airtel. today I logged in and checked my account balance. It is showing Rs.389.77 with expiry date 17th December. Now, they have swallowed my 1, 445/-. I checked my bank account and nothing is credited back to my account.


The call center says that they are unable to check the details because of some system problem and I have to call them back after 1 hr. If we don’t pay attention to details and check balance and expiry dates on regular basis, they just swallow our money. they are very well aware that it is not easy for any one to change the service provider. Govt should think of portability in this service as well.
