Airtel has proven to be a fraudulent company that miscommunicates and provides incorrect information to its customers. Initially, I was promised that the device charges for the second DTH connection would be free, but I had to fight for three months to get the waiver. In September, I inquired about Telugu channels, and one of Airtels relationship managers recommended a Telugu combo plan worth ₹; 190 for six months. Since activating the Telugu combo pack, I have been charged ₹; 166 in September, ₹; 161 in October, ₹; 161 in November, and ₹; 161 in December. These charges are invalid, and despite requesting a refund, Airtel has refused to process it. My current bill stands at ₹; 2, 563.38. Either Airtel refunds these invalid charges, or I will not pay the bill and will cancel the connection without clearing the dues. With this bill amount, I can easily switch to a new service provider.
