Airtel DTH is not good as customer support is pathetic. after the new TRAI guidelines available from february 2019 we can pay per channel and options for our own plan even though i had made and confirmed my own plan on airtel and my account sufficiently funded . still the channels that i want is not working .it gives error 4 . now here i was able to talk to any customer care representative .it is been one week that i am struggling with these guys and now i am planning to go for that skye . now all my other friends that the sky plan is working even after TRAI changes and in airtel DD national is also not working. i am disappointed with airtel DTH too much.
