Please don’t go for Airtel DTH service. I have been complaining for the past one month.every time I get a complaint no. and no one turns up.surprisingly I get a sms saying that complaint has been resolved.this has happened almost 4 to 5 times in these 2 weeks.For past 20 days, I have been calling everyday.
But every time they promise to resolve within 24 hours. One day my connection got suspended due to negative balance.showing error code 6.I told them clearly until you resolve the existing problem I can’t recharge.Still I recharged.but no use.
