You need to wait at least 6 days to get technical assistance if the DTH is not working.
Day 1: I call up customer care. They assure me that an executive will reach at 7 pm the next day
Day 2: The executive comes at 11 am but I say that I was given a time of 7 pm so kindly come at 7pm - I am not at home. Eventually that guy does not turn up. Called the customer care number again and got assurance that next day 7 pm the tech guy will be there
Day 3: No one calls or turns up
Day 4: I write a tweet on this complaint. They assure, it will be resolved at the earliest
Day 5: No one turns up
Today is day 6. I am still waiting. I hope they take some time out to help their customers
