Customer Service is so poor. See couple of examples. When you select the language option to English, system will still connect you to those who can’t speak / understand English. This would be a barrier for some of those who can’t converse in English. And the most important point is lot of background noise when you’re conversing. I strongly believe that Airtel should start looking into these matters and fix them ASAP. So that it’d retain many of its customers with better service.
