Airtel DTH, poor customer service

I had taken a new connection of Airtel dth few months back expecting a better experience which never happened


After my free viewing period ended I have trying hard to get my base pack changed but they never did and unnecessary I am paying INR-690 for the pack they selected themselves.


I have mailed them, even twitted them so many times since December 2018 but they never changed my pack.


Now with Alacarte coming into effect from Feb 1st, their online page for channel selection is not working till date. I mailed to their nodal office, from where I received a call one day later, I told them my issue but they also did not help in package change, just too feedback and that’s it.


I am tired now and will surely switch to other provide when my account balance is back to ZERO.
