I am suffering from the very poor experience of airtel DTH where I already paid for a year but they change my plan without informing me as well as they do not want to return the money.
when I bought a plan at that time they told that if you pay for a year then if there will any change come it will not affect your plan but now they telling plan changed and they stop all sports channel and without my permission, they change my pack. already paid for a year but after 10 months they stop my plan and also changed it without my permission.
I complained in customer care 2 times but they not answering. they registered my complaint but still, didn’t call come from a responsible person.
I strongly suggest do not purchase Airtel DTH dish because they show you fraud scheme which may change any time and the not notice you also they changing their plans by themselves. they return money in airtel money DTH wallet so its waste of money as they dedicate charges which we already paid so I strongly telling that AIRTEL DTH is a fraud and do not purchase it.
