I had called Airtel DTH customer service yesterday night and they said your complaint has been lodged and we will send engineer details to you. Morning I called to check the status of my complaint and they said engineer will come and fix the issue before 1:30. I called the engineer Rajesh several times and he was least bothered to answer the call.After multiple attempts, he answered and said my colleague is working in that area and will come before 3:00 to fix the connection.I called customer service again and they advised engineer will come by 4:30..
