We just got a new tv before 6 months and we were excited to buy a DTH connection. We were recommended to get Airtel DTH service and so we got it.
During the first 3 months it was good, It was better and okay to say. But during the 4th month the price of the monthly payment for the channels were increased but yet we used it.
Later the connection problem were keep on coming. I mean even when the sky os clear, the connection gets lost and it became so irritating. So we even called the customer care but they took so long to respond and also when they responded they were not solving my problem but instead they were complaining about our area environment and all.
So we thought to change it and we did. We changed the Airtel DTH to some other brand. Truely Airtel doesn’t deserves to be used.
