Airtel is one of the largest brands when it comes to DTH services. On the post cable era Airtel was my first DTH connection. I have had a very bad first experience with Airtel DTH.
The reasons I am saying this are:
1. It is very costly. Packages come at a set. Sometimes I have to pay for some channel I am not watching.
2. Bad services. Customer service is very bad, they don’t respond well while we call.
I will not recommend Airtel DTH.
