Airtel DTH has worst service provider, Customer care is just for marketing, No body work, there is guy call Manjunath in Back-end team, he just do time pass with all call center girl & enjoy his job.
Customer satisfaction: ZERO
If want your live to be peaceful.please don’t ever take Airtel DTH. They have outsourced all services to third party.
I was relocated to Purva Apartment & waiting for more then 10 days to get re-install my DTH.but unfortunately no boy coming to apartment. I have call more then 15 times to customer care.i always got same reply " We have escalated to higher management & today we will surely solve your problem. But unfortunate.no body work in Airtel. It is become Monopoly business.
