No doubt that Airtel is a popular mobile operator in many places but according to me it is not enough good, because I am not happy with it’s Rates.It’s call rates and data rates are very expensive.I am a customer of Airtel from 1 years, before choosing it I think it’s rates are very cheaper and Network also very fast than others, but I came to know about it’s service after taking it’s connection.

It’s 1GB data pack cost is Rs.259 which is very high compared to others and speed also not faster than others.On the other hand it’s 2G data pack cost also higher than others operator.
It is very hard to bear such expenses for us, So I think Airtel should lessen their price for attracting more customer.
