Just one year ago, Airtel has been ruling the telecommunication market but things have changed now and running from behind has cost the company a lot. I have been using Airtel postpaid connection for more than 3 years due to services and ofcourse the 4G connectivity but everything is changed now.
For past few months I have been facing issues with my internet connection as the speed was not upto the mark and frequent call drops. I called so many times related to the same issue but everytime they come up with different excuse.
After months of struggle, I changed my network with a smile on my face and about the review, it follows
Network - Frequent call drops
Customer Service - Need a lot of improvement.
Charges and billing - Always charge more than expected.
