I feel disgusting when I call the customer support, very poor and worst experience. Every TOM, DICK and HARRY is part of this. I believe proper training should be provided when they are made to sit on calls. Employees there stink and are very unprofessional, being a customer of airtel for the last 9 yrs I had never experienced a proper service given, any agent calls and talks to the customer in his own manner and style, complaining the supervisor is also the same . Managers are also uneducated .
