Very poor billing system.

We are having a postpaid connection with the number " 805621", which is used exclusively for professional purpose. The bill got generated last month in which there was a Value added service charge of Rs.245/- mentioned. In spite of calling the customer care and asked them to waive off that amount in this month bill, it was not happened and the same conversation continues without any proper solution. This number what we are using is exclusively for the data card purpose and not used for sending any messages or any normal mobile activity..


I spoke to customer service and they said, I will get a SMS as the confirmation of the waive off process within 4 hours and till now it was not received. Interaction No is 1300924354....When I asked that person to send the confirmation through e-mail, he was just casual in telling that I may or may not get the e-mail. It means that  are we are jobless


It seems that whatever the commitments that are given by Airtel customer service team is not completed on time and we need to escalate to the higher authority or we need to wait for more time.. Everyone is busy with their own commitments and schedules and we cant or dont have time to run behind the customer service team and find the solution for ourselves. I am repeatedly writing reviews on airtel. I faced problem with pre--paid, post paid and now with data card also.


Even if there is a problem with the network we can manage.. But, the customer service people dont even help us to solve the issues on time, then what is the purpose of expecting the service from these poor service people??????????????????????


Need solution for this at the earliest, else ........... NEED TO ESCALATE FURTHER!!!!!! WILL ADVERTISE THAT NOT TO GO FOR AIRTEL!!!!
